Bob Williams is proud to call Beaver County his lifelong home. After graduating from Beaver Area High School, Bob joined the Marine Corps and was honorably discharged after 7 years of service to his country. His service took him to many places across the globe, but that only reinforced his desire to return to his Western Pennsylvania roots. He then fulfilled this dream to come home and has raised three beautiful children with his wife Bernadette in Beaver County.
Since coming home, he has been a member of two Volunteer Fire Departments in Bridgewater and Brighton Township and has also been active in his union, United Steelworkers Local 1211, since starting at Hussey Copper 22 years ago. Bob's dedication and hard work has seen him rise to shop steward where his leadership has been an asset to everyone he works with.
Through his years in the Marine Corps and his time as a Steelworker, Bob has undeniably proven that he is a natural-born leader, and through his community-centered mindset, he has dedicated his life to giving back to the community that has made him who he is today.
Continuing a long tradition of dedicated civic engagement and energetic community involvement.
